




We are looking for a Logistics Assistant who will be responsible for managing activities related to the **reception of orders** and the **execution of shipments** of products manufactured by the company, guaranteeing **customer satisfaction** and **compliance with established requirements**. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive customer purchase orders and/or requests, confirming receipt via email with a copy to the sales advisor. * Enter and monitor the status of orders in the information system, generating reports and pending lists for shipment scheduling. * Review availability of finished product inventory against delivery requirements, issuing timely alerts. * Coordinate with transportation providers the hiring of vehicles for product loading and shipment. * Ensure compliance with agreed delivery timelines by monitoring, negotiating, and evaluating completed shipments. * Record and monitor performance indicators related to order reception and dispatch execution. **Academic Requirements** * **Required:** Associate's degree in Logistics. * **Desirable:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Specific Knowledge (Desirable)** * Proficiency in **SAP** system. * Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Logistics planning and tracking. * Customer service. * Creation of management reports and indicators. **Required Experience** * Minimum **3 years of specific experience** in logistics or similar positions. **Location:** **Barrancabermeja – Santander** **Contract Type:** Fixed-term **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM **Work Mode:** On-site Job type: Full-time Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in Logistics Assistant roles?
