The selected candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and monitoring industrial maintenance operations at a major glass manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment and facility availability, reliability, and proper functioning to guarantee uninterrupted production. **Required Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating industrial maintenance processes. * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Experience leading and managing technical maintenance teams. * Knowledge of maintenance activity planning, scheduling, and tracking. * Familiarity with management indicators (KPIs) and report preparation. * Knowledge of resource, tool, spare parts, and personnel management. **Employment Conditions** **Position:** Maintenance Coordinator **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company **Salary:** $2\.500\.000 \+ bonus of $1\.000\.000 **Availability:** As required by operational needs.
