Job Summary: We are seeking a Warranty Technician to inspect defective products, identify root causes of failures, prepare technical reports, and conduct functional inspections of sanitary ware, faucets, and dishwashers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect and diagnose defective ceramic and sanitary products. 2. Prepare detailed technical reports on failures and installation conditions. 3. Perform installation and uninstallation of sanitary ware and washbasins. SUPER CERAMIC, a commercial enterprise located in BARRANQUILLA, is seeking a WARRANTY TECHNICIAN at SPC CERAMICA, specializing in the Sanitary Ware, Faucets, Dishwashers, and Shower Tower product lines. \- 2 years of relevant experience \- Installation services both within and outside the city \- Valid driver's license: Class C1 vehicle + Class A2 motorcycle \- Plumbing \- Ceramic finishing \- SPC\- Laminate flooring Responsibilities: 1. Inspect defective products. 2. Identify failure causes (manufacturing, installation, misuse). 3. Prepare clear and well-substantiated technical reports. 4. Conduct physical and functional inspections of products (components, connections, structure). 5. Verify installation conditions (water pressure, voltage, anchoring, environment). 6. Apply diagnostic protocols (technical checklists, operational tests). 7. Document evidence: photographs, videos, measurements, and overall condition; reports with evidence are sent to sales personnel. 8. Provide courier support when required. 9\. Install and uninstall washbasins and sanitary ware. Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
