Knowledge of specific pharmaceutical equipment An engineering firm specializing in pharmaceutical engineering, offering goods and services, is currently seeking a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN for its team, with experience in the pharmaceutical, food, veterinary, or general industrial sectors. REQUIRED PROFILE: MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN Requirements and Responsibilities: Mechanical technician with experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Ensure optimal equipment performance and availability through technical visits including inspection, diagnosis, repair, and preventive and/or corrective maintenance; identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to optimize efficiency. Efficiently and safely install and commission new or automated machinery, ensuring proper operation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards for functional testing—both dry-run and with product. Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment such as fluidized bed dryers, oral solid dosage coating systems, tablet presses, and capsule fillers. Assemble and deliver high-quality electro-pneumatic control panels integrating electrical and pneumatic systems for automated process control.
