Supports public and private tender processes. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage contract configuration with clients and providers, ensuring service continuity and support for tenders. The Operational Agreement Coordinator is responsible for managing contract configuration with clients and providers, ensuring their proper implementation and the continuity of healthcare services. Additionally, this role provides technical advisory services to staff, validates and updates contractual information, manages tariffs and costs, monitors incidents, indicators, and findings, and coordinates responses to regulatory body requests. Furthermore, the role supports public and private tender processes, verifies provider eligibility conditions, participates in data analysis for decision-making, submits tariff proposals, and ensures compliance with institutional policies, quality standards, and humanized service delivery to internal and external clients. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * One year of experience in health sector contracting processes, specifically in contract configuration. * Training in Humanization in Healthcare.
