Support in improving operational processes and procedures. **Company:** ------------ Marsh **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a talented **Operations Analyst** to join our Operations team in **Medellín**. **We count on you to:** * Serve clients in the financial services line. * Issue policies and manage related documentation. * Advise clients on insurance lines such as Cyber, IRF, RCP, TRC, TRDM, cash-in-transit, cargo transportation, and environmental civil liability (RCE). * Investigate, analyze, and resolve operational requests and requirements related to policies and claims. * Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance companies. * Maintain and update records in internal systems and Excel (intermediate level). * Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, legal) to ensure proper execution of processes. * Support improvement of operational processes and procedures for policy issuance and administration. * Track cases to closure and ensure customer service quality. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (licensed attorney) or law student in final semesters. * Minimum 2 years of insurance experience specifically in the following lines: Cyber, IRF, RCP, TRC, TRDM, cash-in-transit, cargo transportation, and environmental civil liability (RCE). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience issuing policies and managing relationships with insurance companies. * Skills to advise and negotiate with clients and insurers. **What makes you stand out?** * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Negotiation skills and results orientation. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. **Why join our team?** * We help you become your best self through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and deliver impact for colleagues, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables diverse career opportunities, along with benefits and rewards that support your well-being.
