You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives in operations, and ensure compliance with BPM and technical and regulatory requirements. **Requirements** * Pharmaceutical Chemistry professional with over 3 years of experience in this role and in the pharmaceutical industry * Skills in production planning and operations management, oriented toward optimizing processes, costs, and delivery times.
