Become our **Pre-sales Analyst!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Description: We are looking for a semi\-senior **Pre-sales Analyst** to join our team, focused on technical-commercial proposals for software development services, software factories, AMS (Application Management Services), testing/QA, and technology consulting—including initiatives incorporating AI into the development lifecycle. Interpersonal skills, analytical and persuasive capabilities when engaging with clients, and experience in developing and presenting technical-commercial proposals are highly valued. We seek a candidate with proven experience in **project delivery and/or management** of development projects, participation in **software factories**, solid knowledge of **programming languages** and **frameworks**, conceptual understanding of **software and systems architecture**, and a strong grasp of the **commercial aspects** associated with information technology services. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** ---------------- **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Develop technical-economic proposals for application development (fixed and evolutionary scope), using agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies. * Design implementation proposals for software factory services. * Prepare proposals for AMS (Application Management Services) offerings. * Develop proposals for testing and quality assurance services. * Draft IT consulting proposals. * Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by preparing effort estimates, cost projections, and schedules in collaboration with the delivery team. * Actively participate in proposal defense sessions with clients, adopting both consultative and commercial approaches. * Collaborate with sales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to ensure consistent and viable proposals. **Requirements** -------------- * University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT fields. * 3–5 years of experience in project management roles within development, software factories, AMS, or delivery—ideally with interest in transitioning to or continuing in pre-sales. * Solid knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and software/systems architecture principles (conceptual level—not necessarily hands\-on). * Experience in projects incorporating AI into the development lifecycle (e.g., code assistants, test automation, documentation or proposal generation). * General understanding of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and BI / Data Analytics solutions. * Familiarity with IT service pricing models (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Outsourcing/Staff Augmentation). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). * Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to articulate arguments effectively to clients. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in environments handling multiple concurrent proposals. * Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation. * Desirable (non-exclusive): * Certification in agile methodologies (Scrum, PMI\-ACP) or project management (PMP, CAPM). * Basic ITIL knowledge (for AMS proposals). * Prior experience in IT consulting / services firms. * Intermediate\-advanced English (valued for proposals involving offshore/nearshore components). **Skills:** ---------------- * Proactive * Self-taught * JAVA EE * CI/CD * Bitbucket/GIT * Jenkins * SonarQube * CheckMarx * JUNIT * ERA * JSP * Linux ### **Desirable** * Scrum/PMI\-ACP or PMP/CAPM certification. * Prior experience in IT consulting firms with operations (e.g., Sonda, NTT Data, Accenture, IBM, Globant). * Intermediate\-advanced Portuguese. **Additional Information** **We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company. * A competitive compensation package aligned with experience and performance.
