At Stefanini, we are over 30,000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Plan and execute process transformation and strategic service evolution initiatives aligned with the digital governance vision; document current-state (As-Is) processes and design future-state (To-Be) processes (end-to-end); implement and maintain digital process governance models, ensuring proper management, control, and continuous improvement; lead the adoption of tools and methodologies for process automation, analysis, and optimization, driving efficiency and quality in services; propose, design, and implement new digital processes and services addressing customer and business needs, leveraging innovative and agile methodologies; document and disseminate best practices and lessons learned from the digital evolution of services. * Position Objective: Ensure organizational process efficiency, quality, and continuous transformation through the implementation of technological tools, agile methodologies, and a service-digital-improvement-focused approach. 1. Process Analysis and Design: * Conduct detailed assessments of current processes (As-Is). * Design and build future processes (To-Be), ensuring an end-to-end approach. * Propose and implement new digital processes and services aligned with business and customer needs. 2. Process Management and Governance: * Implement and maintain digital process governance models to ensure appropriate management, control, and continuous evolution. * Document and disseminate best practices and lessons learned derived from the digital transformation of services. 3. Adoption of Tools and Methodologies: * Lead the adoption of tools and methodologies for process automation, analysis, and optimization. * Promote the use of innovative technologies to enhance service efficiency and quality. 4. Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement: * Drive the digital evolution of processes and services by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions. * Design agile and collaborative strategies responding to competitive environment challenges and customer demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in process consulting and digital transformation. * Knowledge of As-Is process mapping and To-Be process design. * Experience implementing digital process governance models. * Ability to lead process automation and optimization projects. * Proficiency in agile and innovative methodologies for solution analysis and design.
