REQUIREMENTS
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Professional degree in **Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Geography**, or related fields.
* Specialization, diploma, or complementary training in **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)**.
**Experience:**
* Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in managing and operating Geographic Information Systems.
* Experience preferably in **renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or environmental sector projects**.
* Experience coordinating teams and/or interacting with **external consultants and contractors**.
* Experience in vegetation cover digitization and/or management of georeferenced archaeological data will be valued.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
* Advanced proficiency in **ArcGIS and/or QGIS**.
* Knowledge of **spatial data analysis and processing**.
* Proficiency in **geographic databases, geodatabases, and shapefile formats**.
* Experience developing **thematic cartography and geospatial analysis**.
* Knowledge of geographic data **quality control and assurance**.
* Familiarity with environmental regulations and **licensing requirements applicable to power generation projects**.
* Proficiency in office software, especially **Excel**.
