Opportunity to work on a warehouse organization project. **Profile: Inventory Assistant and CEDI Optimization** We are seeking an **Inventory Assistant and CEDI Optimization** to support a temporary project focused on warehouse organization, goods consolidation, physical inventory counting, and optimization of storage space within the Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with FEFO/FIFO rotation. **Main Responsibilities** * Locate and consolidate the company’s SKUs within the warehouse, preventing goods from being scattered across multiple locations. * Reorganize and restack goods to optimize available space in racks and storage positions. * Conduct physical inventory counts, recording SKU, quantity, batch number, and expiration date. * Apply color-coded labeling (traffic-light system) to goods based on expiration dates to ensure correct FEFO/FIFO rotation. * Define final storage locations and guide forklift operators to correctly place pallets. * Verify that each storage position is organized by SKU, batch number, and expiration date. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions throughout project execution. * Comply with company-established operational procedures and guidelines. **Requirements** * High school diploma. * Technical or technological training in Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehousing, or related fields is preferred. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in Distribution Centers (CEDI), food warehouses, or mass-consumption companies. * Knowledge of inventory control, SKU management, batch traceability, and expiration date tracking. * Familiarity with **FEFO/FIFO** rotation methodologies. * Experience in warehouse organization and optimization of storage space. * Ability to coordinate effectively with forklift operators. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and willingness to perform operational tasks. **We Offer** * Compensation based on the Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMLMV). * One-week temporary project. * Work contract for a specific task.
