We seek a candidate with commercial orientation, strong management and follow-up capabilities, negotiation skills, and experience in business and channel development. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Manage and develop the assigned product line. * Administer and monitor the **Forecast and Pipeline**, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. * Develop and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, customers, and distribution channels. * Design and execute business plans and marketing strategies. * Generate business opportunities and contribute to brand positioning. * Monitor sales processes, invoicing, shipments, and accounts receivable. * Support pricing, discount, and margin definition. * Train customers and sales teams on products and solutions. * Support channels in commercial advisory and deal closure processes. * Identify and develop new market channels and opportunities. **PROFILE WE SEEK** * Technician, technologist, professional, advanced student, or high school graduate with relevant experience in **Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in related roles, preferably within the technology sector. * Knowledge of technology products. * Desired experience or knowledge in **marketing, sales, and logistics**. * Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills. **CONDITIONS** * **Base salary:** $3\.213\.970 COP per month. * **KPI bonus:** $1\.928\.382 COP per month. * **Total monthly income upon KPI achievement:** up to **$5\.142\.352 COP**. * Employment modality and contract type: to be defined according to the hiring process. **Work location:** Bogotá **Start date:** Immediate / subject to availability.
