Teamwork and adaptability to diverse environments At CRAN Foundation, we are seeking a psychologist who can work effectively in teams, demonstrates empathy, and adapts readily to diverse environments. If you hold at least one year of certified experience in programs, projects, or services related to comprehensive child protection, and possess direct experience working with children, adolescents, and youth—preferably within ICBF—this position may be ideal for you. **Job Objective:** To provide psychosocial support and accompaniment to children and adolescents (NNA), promoting their emotional stability, competency development, and psychoeducation through individual and collective strategies grounded in a holistic approach. **Requirements:** \- One year of certified professional experience. \- Professional license card. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct initial psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and youth. 2\. Provide psychological interventions and follow-ups for minors, preparing corresponding reports (interventions, follow-ups, monitoring tools, incident reports, minutes). 3\. Coordinate and monitor specialized psychological interventions required by the Foundation's children and adolescents. 4\. Design, implement, and participate in developing individual and group case plans, aligned with CRAN’s care model and the milestones of the rights restoration process per current ICBF guidelines. 5\. Prepare reports, minutes, and records resulting from professional duties (monitoring tools, technical reports, process reports, external coordination reports, etc.). 6\. Provide family support related to children’s behavior, offering guidance and assistance. 7\. Implement and comply with CRAN Foundation’s PIYC implementation and qualification proposal. **Working Conditions:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, plus half a Saturday per month Contract type: Project-based or service contract Compensation: 1 SLMV \+ all statutory benefits.
