Job Summary: QA Automation Analyst to ensure software quality and stability, optimizing testing through automation and Generative AI. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end test lifecycle management 2. Collaboration with development and business teams **Objective:** Ensure the highest quality and stability of software products through comprehensive test lifecycle management. The analyst must optimize test coverage and efficiency by designing automation frameworks and strategically implementing Generative Artificial Intelligence, reducing delivery timelines and transforming defect detection into a preventive, highly technological process. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, execute, and document test cases aligned with project functional and technical requirements. * Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution. * Participate in defining testing strategies, including automation of critical scenarios. * Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and API testing. * Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure product quality at every stage of the lifecycle. * Perform duties or assignments specified for this position as outlined in the company’s procedural manuals. **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years as a QA Automation Engineer. * Experience in the financial sector (desirable). ISTQB certification / Experience in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools) / Proficiency with tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar for API testing / Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript) / Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). 100% ON-SITE IN MEDELLÍN.
