Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Architect or Integrated Architecture Manager to support, coordinate, and monitor architectural projects, renovations, maintenance, construction, and operations nationwide. Adobe Illustrator – graphic layout and presentation. Microsoft Project – project scheduling and tracking. Excel – budget preparation, controls, timelines, and tracking. Knowledge of BIM tools will be considered a plus. \*Main Responsibilities Support coordination and monitoring of architectural and renovation projects. Conduct technical site visits to various projects nationwide. Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings. Perform architectural surveys and on-site measurements. Coordinate activities with suppliers, contractors, and operational teams. Monitor schedules, activities, and deliverables. Support preparation and review of budgets and quotations. Track materials, supplies, and logistical requirements for projects. Prepare progress reports and management reports. Support technical and administrative documentation of projects. Verify on-site execution of scheduled activities. Support procurement management and project-related requisitions. Maintain continuous communication with involved departments to ensure proper activity execution.
