Research and propose new modeling technologies At **Betania Colombia**, a company with over 30 years of experience in developing and constructing industrial parks, we are currently seeking a **Junior Resident** to join our team. **Purpose of the Position:** To develop the as-built model in accordance with the building construction, within the framework of the BIM methodology adopted by the company for all projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Model as-built models using the BIM methodology, following guidelines established by the project management lead. * Research and propose new modeling technologies, digital tools, and similar solutions. * Produce physical models such as scale models, hand-drawn sketches, or similar. * Enter data from architectural, urban, topographic, or similar surveys. * Conduct architectural surveys. **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** Architect, Civil Engineer, and/or BIM Modeling Technician. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience developing as-built models using the BIM methodology. * **Additional Training:** Specialization in BIM Methodology **Working Conditions:** * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract * Work Location: Funza, Cundinamarca * Working Hours: Monday to Saturday * Direct employment with the company.
