We want to meet you! **Requirements** ‍ **What You Will Do:** * Design, develop, and implement high-impact technological solutions integrating: + Intelligent Process Automation + Orchestration of AI agents + Banking systems integration + Scalable, data-driven platforms * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and data teams, leading initiatives from architecture through to production deployment * Identify improvements and proactively anticipate issues * Work collaboratively, as you will interact with multiple departments and users * Lead and manage projects **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields * **\+1** year of verifiable Full Stack development experience in complex environments and the complete RPA development lifecycle (preferably using tools such as **\[UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism]**). * Advanced proficiency in Python for automation and AI * Experience designing scalable and modular architectures, coding standards, frameworks (e.g., REFramework for UiPath), and quality control policies for development teams * API and enterprise workflow integration * Experience integrating RPA with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platforms * Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environments * **Official certifications focused on analysis, such as** ***UiPath Certified RPA Analyst*** **or certifications from Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism** * Certification or hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow or Green Belt) for reducing operational waste. * Ability to develop end\-to\-end solutions * Mindset oriented toward impact and operational efficiency * Leadership of work teams * Experience in Banking Projects * Valid Professional License * **Tools:** **Key Technology Stack** + AI and Automation + Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Java, C\#, .NET, Java, VBScript + LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, Ollama) + RPA, \[UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism] and workflow automation **Frontend** + Vue 3, TypeScript, Vuetify **Backend** + Node.js, Express **Microservices and Modular Architecture** + Cloud \& DevOps + AWS (Fargate, Lambda, Bedrock, S3, serverless services) + CI/CD and scalable deployment **Databases** + PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Cassandra, Redis, Oracle + REST API integrations + Webhooks + Messaging (SQS, NATS) + Low\-code automation**Process Mapping Tools** + Advanced proficiency in business process modeling and flowcharting tools such as Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, or ARIS (BPMN notation). **Work Mode**: Hybrid **Additional Information** We offer the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects alongside a team of professionals passionate about technology and continuous development.
