We seek a professional passionate about recruitment and selection, with experience in **high-volume hiring processes** and high-turnover environments such as **Call Centers**. **Your mission:** Execute talent attraction, assessment, and onboarding processes, ensuring timely vacancy coverage and contributing to the operational continuity of our campaigns. **Main Requirements:** ✔ Technician, technologist, or professional degree in Psychology, Human Talent Management, or related fields. ✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in BPO/Call Center). ✔ Knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric tests. ✔ Experience managing recruitment metrics and high-volume recruitment. **Conditions:** Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Monday to Saturday (42 hours per week).
