




Position Summary: A professional in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Psychology with experience in field-based social management, psychosocial support, and community engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in field-based social management and involuntary resettlement. 2. Skills in psychosocial support and family case management. 3. Ability to engage with communities and manage conflicts. A professional in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or Psychology—or related fields—with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in field-based social management, involuntary resettlement, or population relocation. Must have experience in psychosocial support, family characterization and case management, relocation plans, community engagement, conflict management, as well as coordination with technical teams and local stakeholders.
