Responsible for providing technical incident response and resolution, performing hardware and software diagnostics, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, installing and configuring corporate applications, and ensuring operational continuity of the organization's technology services. Requirements Minimum one (1) year of on-site technical support experience (Level 1 or 1.5), including face-to-face support to end users, hardware and software incident diagnosis and resolution, preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, installation and configuration of operating systems, corporate applications, printers, and peripheral devices. Knowledge required in equipment setup and delivery, management of technology asset inventory, support for productivity tools (Microsoft 365), basic network connectivity, and adherence to service desk processes. Service orientation, analytical ability, appropriate handling of corporate users, and willingness to travel between sites as operationally required are mandatory.
