Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Steward to ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and organization in the kitchen, supporting overall operations. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and excellent service attitude We seek a responsible, organized, and committed **Steward**, tasked with ensuring the cleaning, disinfection, and organization of utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas, thereby contributing to smooth kitchen operations. Candidates must have experience in high-demand restaurants and understand the importance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, organization, and operational support in the kitchen. ##### **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a Steward in reputable or high-end restaurants. * **Experience in ***mise en place*** processes**, supporting pre-service preparation and organization to ensure kitchen operational efficiency. * Knowledge of food handling and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience in washing, disinfecting, and organizing kitchen utensils, equipment, and areas. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork and excellent service attitude. * Availability to work **Sunday to Sunday**, with one compensatory day during the week. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. **Important:** Experience in high-end restaurants with high-volume operations—where the candidate actively participated in *mise en place* and kitchen setup prior to each service—will be highly valued. **Salary:** Current Legal Minimum Wage (SMLV) \+ Tips.
