Academic Requirements: Technical degree in Systems, Technical Support, or related fields. Proficiency in computer tools. Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar or equivalent positions. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment and devices. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and failures. Document and track incidents, requests, and implemented solutions. Participate in the implementation of new technologies and systems projects. Support the IT team in continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor, related to IT processes. Comply with legal requirements, employment contracts, internal work regulations, and other directives issued by the employer. Working Conditions: Work Mode: On-site. Working days: Monday to Friday. One Saturday every fifteen (15\) days. Salary: To be agreed upon. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
