Position Summary: We are seeking a Telephonic Follow-up Assistant to provide care and follow-up to patients in health programs, with a focus on effective communication and responsibility. We are looking for a highly qualified Telephonic Follow-up Assistant to join our patient support team, focused on delivering telephone-based care and patient follow-up within health programs. This position is ideal for nursing assistants and/or administrative health technicians with experience in patient follow-up, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility, who can integrate into a dynamic team. Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistants and/or Administrative Health Technicians, Complete and up-to-date vaccination schedule, in compliance with current regulations. Skills and Competencies: Ability to communicate effectively; must be capable of interacting clearly, empathetically, and professionally with patients and their families. Protocol Adherence: Responsible for ensuring patients receive appropriate care according to established health programs. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and appropriately track appointments, consultations, and scheduled activities. Proactive Attitude and Patient-Centered Focus: Commitment to patient well-being and willingness to assist as needed. Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably in the health sector and/or patient support programs.
