Support in treasury processes and document control A prominent automotive sector company is currently seeking a **Treasury Analyst / Accounting Assistant** to join its team. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical or technological degree in Accounting. * Preferably a final-year student of Public Accounting. * If a professional, must hold a professional license. **Experience:** * Technical or technological graduates: 2–3 years in related positions. * Professionals: 1–2 years of experience in the field. * Minimum required experience: 1 year in accounting and/or treasury processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Expense accruals, including payroll. * Bank reconciliations. * Monitoring of accounting closing activities. * Preparation and readiness of supplier account statements. * Document filing and control. * Operation of banking platforms. * Support in treasury processes and other duties inherent to the position. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in at least one accounting software. * Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel). **Competencies:** * Analytical ability * Organization and methodology * Responsibility and punctuality * Agility and accuracy * Teamwork * Strong interpersonal skills * Courtesy and service orientation **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 6 months * Salary: Between $2\.500\.000 and $2\.600\.000, commensurate with experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Experience: * Treasury: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
