




Welding assistant with basic knowledge required to manufacture parts according to blueprint specifications or instructions given by the plant supervisor. Perform welding and assembly tasks under the direct supervision of a Senior or Master Welder or supervisor, following simple technical drawings and specifications. Assist Senior or Master Welders in various tasks, learning welding and assembly techniques and processes along the way. Handle welding and assembly equipment and tools, always complying with safety measures and good practices. Perform preparation tasks for pieces to be welded and assembled, such as cutting, polishing, drilling, among others. Participate in inspection and conduct basic tests to ensure the quality of welds and assemblies. Ensure proper use of protective gear and safety equipment at all times during job performance, both in the plant and at client facilities.
