The order management team will take ownership of all opportunities post the order form being signed to ensure all relevant fields are updated on the Salesforce record within 24 hours and in accordance with a defined runbook. The position will also be supporting the overall provisioning process, ensuing the delivery of subscription products to the customer in accordance with our documented process. This includes ensuring accurate entitlements analysis and coordination with the revenue and FP\&A teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial planning.
