We are currently seeking a **Client Partner LATAM** to identify and develop business growth opportunities within an assigned portfolio of existing accounts, and ensure client satisfaction by cultivating strong, trust\-based client relationships. **Responsibilities**: **Account Planning \& Development** * Gather client and market intelligence: industry trends, competitor activities, client business and technology strategies. * Support CSL to create and maintain account development plans, stakeholder maps, white space analyses, and growth strategies. * Support CSL leader in definition of tactics and goals to align organizational responsibility for achieving results. **Client Relationship Management** * Build and maintain deep, trust\-based relationships with key stakeholders focused on business development. * Establish a regular meeting cadence; schedule and lead Business Reviews with relevant stakeholders. * Identify and pursue up\-sell/cross\-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio. **Account Expansion \& Sales** * Initiate meetings with new leaders via outreach, warm introductions, N\-iX partnerships, and internal referrals. * Qualify untapped client needs; introduce additional service lines and specialized expertise. * Manage sales opportunities through all pipeline stages, engaging the appropriate pursuit teams. * Lead preparation of pitch decks, RFIs, RFPs, and commercial offers; define win themes and deliver compelling pitches. * Oversee contract negotiations; track SOW/PO/contract expiry dates and drive renewals. * Maintain CRM accuracy; report on account status and development activities. **Client Satisfaction** * Manage CSAT survey participation, interpret results, and drive corrective action plans with delivery leaders. * Proactively surface and resolve satisfaction issues; notify account team and direct manager. * Secure cooperation disclosures and co\-create case studies capturing client situation, N\-iX solution, and results delivered. **Requirements:** **Experience** * 5–7\+ years in IT Services/Consulting (project\-based solution selling, outsourcing/nearshoring) in a Sales role. * 2\+ years in a Sales role within a service company. * Previous practitioner experience in software and/or data engineering preferred * Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), IT outsourcing models (T\&M, Dedicated Team, Fixed Price), and commercial terms. **Language \& Communication** * Fluent/Advanced English (US/Canada native\-speaker standard). * Strong written communication: compelling narrative, traceability from client pain to N\-iX solution and value. **Other Requirements** * CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). * Proactive, outspoken communicator and presenter with high emotional intelligence. * Disciplined, results\-oriented; able to travel to USA and Canada for business. **We offer\*:** * Flexible working format \- remote, office\-based or flexible * A competitive salary and good compensation package * Personalized career growth * Professional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more) * Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharing * Education reimbursement * Memorable anniversary presents * Corporate events and team buildings * Other location\-specific benefits * not applicable for freelancers
