We seek a professional who is strategic and results-oriented, with commercial experience—preferably in outsourcing companies, temporary staffing services, or the industrial sector. **Location:** Bogotá **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze sales reports * Manage tender processes for public and private companies * Prospect clients and generate new business opportunities * Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and sales closures * Schedule meetings and support commercial management * Retain customers and support commercial strategies * Prepare and present commercial proposals * Represent the company at national fairs and events * Coordinate commercial agendas and schedules * Manage logistics, suppliers, and POP materials * Support internal and external audits **Requirements:** * University degree or currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in commercial roles * Experience in tenders * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** * Power BI knowledge is desirable * Excellent organizational, communication, and pressure-management skills * Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented profile * Strong commercial and negotiation skills **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** To be agreed upon * **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits If you have commercial experience and thrive on challenges, apply now and join our team at DataFile!
