If you are interested in joining a leading team in technology and communications, this is your opportunity. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage customer perimeter (firewall) and endpoint security platforms. * Create and modify information security policies according to service requirements. * Manage users and VPN connections. * Provide technical support and end-user assistance for security tools. * Monitor security events, respond to incidents, and escalate based on severity. * Support compliance with the ISMS (ISO 27001\) and document configurations and changes. **Requirements** * Education: Technical, technological, or university degree in Information Security, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Certification: in security platform administration (e.g., Sophos, Fortinet, FortiManager, NSIV). * Experience: minimum 2 years in similar roles. * Knowledge: firewall/endpoint administration, incident management, ISO 27001 (desirable). * Competencies: * Problem-solving and results orientation. * Teamwork and organization. * Strong technical communication skills and attention to detail. **What We Offer** * Initial temporary contract (via temporary staffing agency). * **Salary negotiable based on experience and professional profile.** * Location: Bogotá D.C. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Workplace: On-site employment
