Coordinate, execute, and monitor people strategies developed by Organizational Human Development for the region under responsibility, fostering closeness and understanding of team needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
DEVELOPMENT:
· Coordinate and execute the selection process.
· Coordinate and monitor the hiring process.
· Conduct employee exit surveys.
· Coordinate and monitor onboarding and training plans for new employees or internal promotions.
· Coordinate and monitor the development management process.
· Lead leader training in development management and ensure methodology implementation and application.
· Support and monitor the training program.
· Coordinate and implement quality-of-life strategies and submit required reports.
· Coordinate and conduct organizational climate forums and follow up on action plans.
· Implement cultural strengthening, communications, and social responsibility initiatives per central guidelines.
· Ensure proper execution of the communication strategy.
· Promote staff participation in events.
· Promote benefits from collective agreements.
LABOR LEGAL:
· Lead disciplinary processes at the assigned location.
· Guarantee timely provision of work equipment.
· Report payroll updates for direct staff.
· Ensure compliance with personnel administration policies.
OSH:
· Support and coordinate scheduled activities of the OSH strategy.
· Participate in monitoring personnel with medical recommendations, reassignments, or disabilities.
