Rated \#7 and \#13 on the Fast50 list with 30,000\+ moves completed, we’re scaling nationally and are looking for talented team members to support us in this next phase of growth. **The Role** Be the engine behind every move we complete. You’ll own the full coordination lifecycle—getting movers to accept jobs, managing schedules, communicating with customers, handling cancellations and escalations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate moves end\-to\-end: from booking confirmation through completion * Get movers to accept jobs, confirm availability, and fill every shift * Track mover schedules, forecast coverage needs, and flag gaps early * Partner with Sales to align bookings with real\-time mover availability * Handle customer comms, cancellations, reschedules, and day\-of escalations **What We’re Looking For** * Experience with fulfillment, booking, logistics, or coordination—ideally with a U.S.\-based business * Near\-native English fluency with strong written and spoken communication * Organized and detail\-obsessed—you don’t drop balls * Comfortable with CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, and learning new tools quickly * Calm under pressure and able to work remotely with overlap in Eastern Time **Compensation** Competitive hourly rate (USD).
