Job Summary: Design and implement incentive and loyalty strategies for clients, combining quantitative analysis with creativity to achieve business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the design of incentive and loyalty strategies. 2. Create marketing campaigns and conceptualize challenges. 3. Develop customized travel proposals and launch events. Create and design incentive and/or loyalty strategies for new and existing customers through campaign conceptualization, challenge design, and customized travel proposals, integrating quantitative strategy with creativity to meet client needs and ensure achievement of their KPIs. Professional with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 4 years leading processes related to marketing campaign design or Trade Marketing. Marketing, campaign creation, media planning/loyalty strategy, and in-depth knowledge of the regional market. * Develop incentive program strategies for different countries to ensure plans are robust and address local needs. * Propose powerful mechanics and creative concepts to enhance program performance and deliver differentiated loyalty plans. * Analyze internal and market data to generate winning proposals grounded in real numbers and current trends. * Create category- and brand-specific sales use cases to facilitate commercial execution and clarify program benefits. * Design customized travel proposals and launch events to strengthen users’ emotional connection with the client’s brand. * Develop strategies for new customers by aligning creativity with business objectives to ensure acquisition and closure of new opportunities.
