Key Responsibilities: * Achieve the assigned monthly sales budget. * Promote **realme** products at retail points of sale. * Conduct cross-selling and recommend complementary products such as accessories, insurance, and additional services. * Ensure proper display of devices, POP materials, and brand elements. * Conduct technical demonstrations of devices for potential customers. * Record and report sales, inventory levels, and updates to the supervisor. * Support the execution of events, trade fairs, and BTL activations. * Train partner staff on product features and benefits. * Represent the brand positively to customers and commercial partners.
