Actively participating in TPM methodology **Support Operator** **About the Role:** Operate semi-automatic palletizing machinery and perform manual palletizing of toilet paper and kitchen towels, adhering to safety, quality, and production standards; this includes recording and analyzing events using tools and methodologies assigned by the company to contribute to achieving production targets and implementing improvement plans. **What You Will Do:** * Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment appropriately according to defined speed and performance metrics to achieve the line's ME. * Perform format changes on your machinery and/or equipment per standard requirements. * Calibrate and adjust the process according to the production format. * Keep peripherals and common areas clean (sorgatos, trash, plastic cardboard). * Record corresponding stoppages of your machinery and/or equipment in PLAIN. * Actively participate in and execute all aspects covered by the TPM methodology. * Verify the guarding of your assigned equipment and/or machinery at the start and end of each shift, completing both physical and digital forms. **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Academic high school diploma, preferably with technical or professional training, or a degree in mechanical, electrical, production, electronics, or related manufacturing fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery or manufacturing processes. **Basic Knowledge:** Safety and quality standards, MS Office suite; SAP and TPM knowledge preferred. **Competencies:** Leadership, effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, accountability, adaptability to change. **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
