At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Track \& Trace Representative** for our third\-party logistics company which specializes in Reliable Domestic and International Shipping Services. **Responsibilities:** * Daily communication with drivers and customers * Notifying appropriate parties of any issues * Inputting updates into the system * Answering incoming calls from clients * Scheduling appointments * Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace * Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned **Working conditions:** * Work schedule: ***Friday–Monday, 9:00 AM EST–8:00 PM EST*** ***Friday–Monday, 5:00 AM EST–4:00 PM EST*** * Competitive Salary in USD * **Remote mode of work** * 10\+ business days of paid time off * Team building and corporate events * Equipment provided * A supportive team * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English level is A MUST * Ability to work in a high\-stress/paced environment * Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated * PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred) * Excellent problem\-solving abilities
