Coordinating visits and CRM management **Job Description** ---------------------- The SDR is the first point of contact with interested families. * Contact and respond to interested families quickly and empathetically. * Understand their needs, expectations, and motivations. * Qualify leads and guide the next step in the process. * Coordinate and schedule school visits or experiences. * Record and manage each case diligently in the CRM. * Prepare the necessary context so the school team can deliver an excellent experience.
