If you have experience in planning and controlling vehicle fleet maintenance, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technologist or professional in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in maintenance management, fleet control, or workshop scheduling. * **Required knowledge:** * Planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Recording and tracking work orders. * Handling databases and management indicators. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level) and maintenance software. * **Skills:** Organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and teamwork. **Main responsibilities:** * Schedule and monitor fleet maintenance activities. * Control vehicle availability times and report updates. * Prepare management reports and maintenance cost analysis. * Support coordination between the operations team and the workshop. **We offer:** * **Salary:** $2,000,000 + transportation allowance + $200,000 performance bonus * **Contract:** Fixed-term, transitioning to indefinite after 4 months. * All statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. **Work location:** Bogotá, D.C. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts. **Immediate availability.** Job type: Full-time
