* Conduct negotiations and represent the organization's interests before clients in order to establish long-term relationships aligned with company objectives. * Know and gather all information regarding competition, products, customer needs, and market developments to be prepared to allocate vehicles according to specific requirements. * Maintain management indicators specific to the area and monitor their results. * Submit reports to the General Management and Commercial Management departments in order to maintain operational control. * Monitor operational and logistical updates within the company. * Secure vehicle availability. * Notify available vehicles to clients nationwide. * Schedule bulk cargo vehicles according to productivity and availability. * Coordinate with the client all aspects related to service execution for optimal results in loading, transportation, and unloading subprocesses. * Manage authorized advance payment requests with the accounting department per route or dispatch. * Efficiently use company IT tools such as management software and verification of the Ministry of Transport's website. * Track process-specific performance indicators and report results periodically (monthly). * Generate and send daily productivity cost reports for owned and third-party vehicles. * Prepare and deliver daily and monthly cargo control reports in monetary value. * Prepare and deliver monthly management reports to management. * Satisfactorily respond to all client and driver requests. * Comply with commercial operations distribution procedures. * Send requested and assigned fleet requests by client project to the operations department. * Provide support to the accounting department for advance payment approvals. * Enter cargo order requests and other required procedures into the Vulcan information system. * Meet performance indicators specific to the operational and logistical process. experience: 02 years in liquid and dry cargo transportation Fixed-term contract with all legal benefits Salary: Negotiable Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * Experience in the cargo transportation sector Expected start date: 08/31/2025
