Transportation company requires OPERATIONS ANALYST, company located in Caldas, Antioquia. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE AND/OR TECHNICIAN AND/OR TECHNOLOGIST AND/OR LOGISTICS OPERATIONS COURSES. EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 12 MONTHS IN THE POSITION IS VALIDATED. 1 YEAR IN TRANSPORT LOGISTICS TASKS. IMPORTANT: The operation is carried out at the main office; must manage urban light and passenger fleet. Perform tracking from loading, creation of manifest and shipment, billing, and trip completion. Functions: Assign just-in-time required fleet each day for each client. • Ensure operational profitability of the company in vehicle assignment. • Create cargo manifests. • Request corresponding orders for each dispatch. • Request appropriate advance payments. • Schedule 100% of vehicles in operation. • Conduct documentary follow-up of positioned vehicles. • Support reconciliation and billing for positioned vehicles. • And other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
