Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to transform inventory and sales data into strategic purchasing decisions, optimizing capital and business operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are an importing company; therefore, inventory represents one of the largest capital investments in our business. We seek the individual who transforms inventory and sales data into intelligent purchasing decisions — our next **INVENTORY ANALYST**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * English proficiency level B2\. * Proven experience of 2–3 years in inventory analysis, demand planning, procurement, supply management, and forecast handling. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze historical sales, turnover, and market trends to forecast demand and develop the forecast that guides purchasing decisions. * Identify stagnant inventory, generate reports, and propose commercial strategies to move it, presenting them to management. * Determine what, how much, and when to purchase based on the forecast, coordinating with the Import Analyst to execute international purchase orders. * Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records; lead inventory counts and control receipts, shipments, transfers, and reservations. * Maintain up-to-date product information (spec sheets, photos, current prices), analyze the market, and support the introduction of new SKUs. * Manage supplier registration and documentation, supporting negotiation of terms. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Salary starting at $3\.200\.000, depending on experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; two Saturdays per month, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Opportunities for professional and personal growth. * 100% on-site work mode Join this outstanding team!
