Position Summary: We are seeking a Structural Engineer to design and calculate water sector projects, ensuring safe and efficient solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of structural solutions We are looking for a **STRUCTURAL ENGINEER**, responsible for developing structural design and calculations for *water sector* projects, guaranteeing safe, efficient, and technically viable solutions for treatment plants, pumping stations, tanks, hydraulic structures, and industrial infrastructure—complying with technical, regulatory, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Civil Engineering degree * Experience in structural design * Demonstrable experience in **water sector projects** **Responsibilities:** * Develop structural design for civil works in water and sanitation projects. * Prepare structural calculation reports for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and foundations. * Design structures for Potable Water Treatment Plants (PWTP), Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), pumping stations, storage tanks, operational buildings, and hydraulic structures. * Prepare technical specifications, design criteria, and engineering reports. * Coordinate the structural discipline with process, hydraulic, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural departments. * Review BIM models and structural drawings prepared by modelers and drafters. * Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and BIM coordination processes. * Optimize structural solutions considering cost, constructability, and maintenance. * Participate in technical meetings with clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure compliance with applicable national and international structural design standards.
