




**ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (IMMEDIATE HIRING\-CALI)** **OBJECTIVE:** Provide operational support in the administrative, accounting, and financial processes of the club, ensuring timely transaction recording, document control, supplier attention, and proper management of administrative resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Record invoices, disbursement vouchers, and basic accounting documents. 2\. Assist in account reconciliations and petty cash movements. 3\. Control and archive accounting documents, contracts, and payment supports. 4\. Manage quotations and purchase orders according to Asset Manager guidelines. 5\. Strengthen community climate by promoting empathy, cooperation, and integration among community members. 6\. Manage quotations and purchase orders according to Asset Manager guidelines. 7\. Coordinate logistics for minor payments and internal supplies. 8\. Handle supplier requests and internal audits. 9\. Support compliance with accounting, budgetary, and internal control standards. 10\. Provide administrative support to the club's operational team (communications, correspondence, agenda, etc.). **EDUCATION:** Technical or technologist degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. **ADDITIONAL SKILLS:** Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, experience with SIIGO accounting software preferred, and knowledge of budgeting and expense control. **EXPERIENCE:** 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting support roles. **WORK CONDITIONS:** Contract Type: Indefinite term with a two-month probation period.
