Today, we seek a Business Developer \- Business Developer who wishes to join this expansion phase, drive new business development, and strengthen commercial relationships with our clients. We believe in building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering comprehensive and sustainable logistics solutions. Therefore, this role carries strategic impact: identifying commercial opportunities, managing the client portfolio, structuring value propositions, and actively contributing to the company’s growth and market positioning. We seek a results-oriented professional with strong commercial skills, who enjoys challenges, negotiation, and working in dynamic environments—and who wishes to grow alongside a stable organization with a forward-looking vision and ongoing projects. What do we expect from you? * University degree in business administration, commerce, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within the logistics or services sector. * Preferably, experience with 3PL companies (warehousing, packaging, and/or transportation). * Proficiency in office productivity tools and commercial performance indicators. * Negotiation skills, deal closing ability, and client retention expertise.
