Unilever is hiring for **Customer Experience Traditional Trade** **Function:** Customer Experience **Scope**: National **Location:** Colombia Bogotá **Terms and Conditions:** Full time, this position does not include relocation support **Position Purpose:** The objective of this role is to plan direct shipments and monitor delivery processes within the channel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan direct shipments: Ensure, together with the multidisciplinary team, load planning according to production, for subsequent dispatch in accordance with customer approvals. * Monitor channel deliveries: Focused on guaranteeing the reliability, stability, and continuity of our operations by timely tracking of processes to ensure product delivery to customers. This role is crucial to maintaining service quality and promoting efficiency across involved processes. * Validate and monitor KPIs (NS, OT, FA, Rejections) to ensure achievement of targets. * Identify cost-saving initiatives together with customers through direct communication with commercial and transportation teams. * Proactively supervise order processing related to assigned customers until delivery, ensuring the highest service level. * Manage any delivery issues that may arise (rejections, appointments, etc.). * Lead the collaborative scheduling process with assigned customers. **Main Requirements:** * Advanced English * Proficiency in analytical tools (Power BI, Excel) * Intermediate to advanced SAP skills * Customer service experience * Experience working with traditional channel customers * Knowledge of collaboration processes and logistics efficiencies **Desirable Requirements:** * Professional degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics.
