




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a national courier and logistics company focused on customer service, operations, delivery control, and document management. Claims and compensation management A national courier and logistics company requires, for **immediate hiring**, a "Customer Service Representative" to work directly with us. **What will you do?** **Customer Service** * Provide customer attention and advisory services. * Manage claims and compensation. * Coordinate urgent deliveries with couriers. **Operations and Logistics** * Manage agents and update the coverage list. * Sort packages and waybills by destination zones. * Process and submit proof of delivery and re-shipments. * Issue waybills for urban customers. * Enter additional data into the system. **Delivery and Return Control** * Review and classify proof of delivery documents. * Verify and classify returns according to cause. * Compare proof of delivery with courier manifests. * Verify correct completion of waybills. **Document Management** * Archive manifests, waybills, waybill issuances, and proof of delivery documents. * Organize billing supports and carrier documentation. **We offer:** * Base salary: $1\.800\.000 * Non-salary bonus: $150\.000 * Transportation allowance: $249\.905 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm; Saturdays, 8am–12pm or 9am–1pm, depending on service needs. * All statutory benefits included. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the logistics and transportation sector (Mandatory) **IMMEDIATE RESPONSE** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Experience in courier companies Work location: On-site employment
