If you have the qualities and motivation to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level. **Job Description:** **Job Description:** Focus your work on customer relationships and effectively manage these accounts, fulfilling established service commitments. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with indicators established with assigned customers * Report and present KPIs as defined by contractual terms agreed upon with the customer * Report and present internal KPIs established for operations related to assigned customers * Maintain appropriate communication with the customer * Analyze and report operational volumes for evaluation with the operations coordinator regarding resource allocation * Submit feasibility information required for billing processes related to storage and transportation services for assigned customers * Ensure and oversee the execution of cyclic inventory schedules for assigned customers * Guarantee that agreements with customers are fulfilled across all operations, coordinating and executing required activities * Lead complaint investigations and enter information into the system * Be responsible for enforcing internal procedures regarding incident/claim management, adhering to timeframes for recording, handling, and closing cases * Follow up with Customer Service regarding receipt of customer orders and requests * Send daily reports providing visibility into operations of assigned customers * Coordinate delivery of goods according to procedure * Assist in complaint analysis * Conduct staff training and continuously update the profile of the assigned customer **Education:** Technologist or professional degree in Business Administration or Logistics Minimum one year of experience Performs analysis using various software packages and databases (e.g. MS Access). Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.
