Grupo Cocorollo north branch, we are looking for a **Logistics Leader for Cold Rooms and Refrigerated Spaces**, an organized person with leadership skills and a focus on quality, to coordinate and supervise operational activities within cold storage and production areas. **Main responsibilities:** * Verify raw materials before starting work. * Plan daily production according to the area's requirements. * Supervise compliance with production processes, quality and hygiene standards. * Enter production order planning into the system to ensure timely supply of raw materials. * Assist and support loading and unloading tasks of raw materials. * Ensure proper implementation of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Execute and plan various needs within the cold room, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Experience handling products in cold or preserved environments. * Knowledge of GMP and food production processes. * Leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
