A culture-sector company located in the Urabá region seeks a logistics coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience to ensure proper planning, organization, and logistical execution of cultural, artistic, and educational events. Academic background: Technical, technological, or professional degree in administration, logistics, cultural production, or related fields. Required technical or specific knowledge: Proficiency in office software. Professional competencies: Planning and organization, leadership, problem-solving, assertive communication. Key responsibilities: * Implement the defined logistical plan for each city (stage setup, schedules, materials, transportation, and catering). * Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and support staff. * Supervise the execution of all activities during the event. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. * Support the team in evaluating and documenting the event. Salary: To be agreed upon. Contract type: Service provision.
