Job Summary: We are seeking a land-based public transport dispatcher to manage operators, monitor vehicle mileage and conditions, and handle payroll and revenue collection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control and management of public transport operators and vehicles 2. Payroll processing, revenue collection, and route planning 3. Monitoring compliance with vehicle mileage requirements and overall vehicle condition We require a land-based public transport dispatcher controller; candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 6 months of experience in customer service-related positions. Shift work is required. \- Excel Proficiency Certificate (Optional) \- Customer Service Training Course (Optional) **Main Responsibilities:** \- Ensure order and control over all operators affiliated with the Cooperative, and monitor compliance with vehicle mileage requirements and overall condition of all vehicles assigned to the designated route, adhering to internal regulations and procedures to deliver quality service. \- Perform payroll processing, revenue collection, route planning, control, and other tasks related to managing the Cooperative's vehicle fleet.
