




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality, customer experience, and sales at the bar, acting as a product expert and brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction 2. Drive sales and enhance the customer experience 3. Be a product expert and brand ambassador Ensure all products served from the bar meet the correct standards as outlined in the brand bible. Manage proper beverage distribution according to service sequence and bar layout. Maintain appropriate timing to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote key products that complement the customer experience and achieve weekly bar sales targets. Responsible for communicating allergen information to customers. Set up the bar according to the service sequence. Greet all guests in accordance with customer service protocols. Wear the uniform appropriately, adhering to brand standards. Use professional and honest language to foster connection between the brand and the customer on every visit. Guide customers on favorite products and the history of the Bar Restaurant. Collect feedback regarding the customer experience and communicate this feedback to the direct supervisor. Always conduct oneself in alignment with the company’s image guidelines. Know the brand bible in detail; serve as the expert on all products offered at the bar, including preparation times and production processes. Work Location: On-site employment
